About me
After completing my PhD at the University of North Carolina in Greensboror, with a focus on postcolonial Caribbean cultural theory, I began teaching at George Mason University with the composition department. I mainly teach introductory composition, with a focus on invitational argumentation, and advanced composition with a focus on business writing. I also teach occasional literature courses, such as Postcolonial Creative Cultures and Masculinity and Music. I have become increasingly interested in generative AI usage and designing onboarding activities for undergraduate students.
